A Genuine Family, Diverse in Age and United in Grace
Ask people what makes Grace Covenant distinct, and many will say the same thing: it feels like family.
That warmth flows from our shared conviction that the gospel creates genuine belonging. Our congregation spans infants
to seniors, college students to retirees, military families to young professionals. Across those generations, real relationships
are formed, burdens are carried, and lives are shared.
Grace Covenant is not only a place to worship. It is a place to belong, grow, serve, and put down roots.
Leading a Church Ready for Its Next Chapter
Grace Covenant enters this pastoral search with expectation, clarity, and confidence in the God who has faithfully
led this church for more than five decades.
The congregation is diverse, youthful, and grounded in its Reformed convictions. We are looking for a Senior Pastor
who can listen well, build trust, equip leaders, strengthen discipleship, and cast a clear vision for lasting gospel
growth in Williamsburg and beyond. This is an opportunity to shepherd a warm and established congregation that
is eager to be equipped, encouraged, and led into its next season of ministry.
Minister in the Heart of Historic Williamsburg
Williamsburg, Virginia is one of America’s most livable cities, located between the James and York Rivers
at the center of the Historic Triangle alongside Jamestown and Yorktown.
The city offers a rare combination of rich history, academic energy, natural beauty, strong schools, cultural life, and
family-friendly neighborhoods. Grace Covenant sits just four miles from Colonial Williamsburg and the College of
William & Mary, placing the church in a remarkable setting for ministry to families, students, professionals,
academics, military households, and retirees.
Here, a pastor will find more than a congregation to lead. He will find a city that welcomes him, neighborhoods that
feel like home, and a region full of beauty and purpose.
